Utility Billing

Paying by credit or debit card? Check your billing ZIP code.

To help protect against unauthorized card use, your payment’s ZIP code must match the billing ZIP code on file with your bank or card issuer. Payments with a mismatched ZIP code will be declined.

Enter the ZIP code for your card’s billing address, which may be different from your utility service address. If you’re unsure, check a recent card statement or contact the number on the back of your card.

Payment extensions must be requested by calling city hall, 940-440-9343.  Scheduling an online payment past the due date will not keep water from being disconnected if payment is scheduled after the 15th.

If your water has been cutoff due to non-payment and you elect to have your water turned on after office hours, your account will be accessed a $50.00 after-hour fee.  The past-due $45.00 cutoff fee and $50.00 after-hour fee must be paid by 10:00 AM the next morning.

Cutoff day is the only day that after-hour turn-on is available.
